I am passionate about helping athletes struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating return to their sport. An understanding of the complexity of eating disorders paired with the knowledge of sports nutrition and exercise physiology helps me work with athletes struggling with their relationship with food and their body. There are so many factors that contribute to eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors, that I work closely with a multidisciplinary team (including physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, physical therapists, and athletic trainers, as well as coaches and trainers as appropriate). We work together on the road to recovery so that you can compete and perform at the highest level.
